This clean covers up to 3 hours of service. We prioritize your preferred areas if you have specific requests. If more than 3 hours is needed, the hourly rate of $35 will be charged.

How long does the cleaning take?
Your cleaning will last up to 3 hours. We maximize every minute for sparkling results. If you need extra time, we can allow one additional hour for $35.
Can I choose what gets cleaned?
Yes! You can let us know which areas you'd like us to prioritize during your booking.
Do I need to provide any cleaning equipment or supplies?
No, you dont need to provide anything. Avaris Cleaning is fully equipped with all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. However, if you have specific products you prefer we use, please feel free to let us know.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
It’s up to you. Many clients prefer to let us in and return to a clean home. If you are not going to be home, please make sure entry instructions is available and clear.
How do I book the standard cleaning?
Select the time you want to to book your cleaning and pay to confirm your booking! We will reach out after payment to confirm cleaning details.
What if my home is extra dirty or larger than average?
We’ll do as much as possible in the 3 hours. You can always add extra time at an additional rate.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance to avoid a $25 service fee.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
We try to accommodate requests for the same cleaner, depending on scheduling availability and your cleaning plan timing.
